Our senior staff averages almost 20 years of experience and takes pride in understanding our clients' individual needs and providing the most appropriate solutions to their problems. Senior staff members remain closely involved with all clients and projects, helping set goals and objectives and remaining involved until these goals and objectives have been met.

Company Philosophy
Cody Ehlers Group (CEG) understands that client satisfaction is achieved through technical excellence and the personal involvement of senior level project management. We listen to our clients' concerns and work with them to offer solutions that are based on their goals, not ours. This philosophy has allowed our senior staff members to develop a number of long-term client relationships; a partial listing of such clients is provided.
CEG accepts an assignment only when we can provide the client with a senior staff member who understands the individual client's corporate culture and organizational structure, as well as the particular technical requirements of the assignment.
While our workload has required significant manpower demands, CEG has been very successful in adding staff only when we are sure that we have found people who are dedicated to providing the level of service that our clients have grown to expect. Maintaining the highest standard of quality is of paramount importance to us.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Successful projects and client satisfaction require project continuity, timely completion, quality assurance and control, and cost control throughout. CEG provides total project management, from start to finish, to insure efficient, timely and cost effective completion of a project. We also make sure that client communications flow freely to keep projects on their intended course.
CEG's strict standard operating procedures maintain project control and quality assurance under the direct supervision of registered professional engineers and geologists and review by senior staff.
Project Monitoring Cost Control and Scheduling Procedures include:
- Project manager regularly monitors progress reports and other communications, and projected vs. actual budget expenditures;
- Project schedules are developed with strict task and work product delivery dates;
- Adherence to the critical path is ensured and appropriate adjustments are made where necessary;
- Larger projects are planned with sophisticated project management software; task progress and adherence to the critical path of the project are regularly monitored and adjustments made as necessary; and
- Project managers and consulting principals review all work product and reports for QA/QC purposes prior to client submittal.
