- Comprehensive environmental compliance audits to identify capital and operational costs associated with regulatory compliance for on-going operations
- Estimation of potential costs associated with investigation/remediation of in-ground contamination, and
- Customized combinations of the above.
We provide thorough identification of the environmental issues, coupled with a realistic evaluation of the implications of those conditions within the context of the particular transaction. If needed, development of cost estimates for conditions of concern is performed by experienced site investigation geologists and remedial design engineers.
